Better new computer.

So I figured out the problem at my friends house and it was that the BiOS didn't have the correct drivers to output to the DVI outs on my 9600 GSO so we went to the computer store near his house, and bought an EVGA 7200 (Which is a piece of crap). We went home and it worked, so now I have two different graphics cards in my computer. Oh fun. I just tried to install linux on it, but it didn't work (presumably because its his HDD also, that was DOA) and maybe because I have NO CLUE how to use Slackware. Anyways I'm reinstalling Vista, and will post later once I get MY HDD.
